Im a senior in high school and would like some advice. Right now my "easy days" are typically 10 miles straight. Should these ten miles be broken up into 2 runs? Maybe 6 miles in the morning, and 4 at night? Thanks.

10 miles sounds like a lot for a typical easy run for a high school kid, but if you've worked up to it that's good. If it's tiring you out, by all means split it into two runs. Be very careful about putting the cart before the horse with mileage and results, though. I'm not saying you're guilty of this, but a lot of people fall into the trap of putting more emphasis on miles than racing fast.
Bump
Why are you bumping this early and why do you have 2 threads going? Don't like the few responses you have so far? Well what response were you hoping to get? If you want to break them up, them break them up. You're a senior so I assume you have built up to 10 miles but that's part of the problem you give nearly zero personal story like how long you have been running, your PRs etc. So it's hard to give advice but personally I ran 10 miles at least once a week when I was in high school.
