your obviously doing something wrong with you training. I have no idea what this is. Take some time off and come back with a better plan/coach. Don't try to train through it.
Its really a tough question to answer straight out. There could be a lot of factors influencing your running, however there also some simple things to look into that will aid your health whether you run or not.
Recovery is as important as the miles you run.
Look at things like sleep, are you really getting quality sleep or does your mattress suck? I thought I was doing ok and then found this option which I could actually do:
More recovery related things, are you giving your body good fuel after your workout so it can rebuild faster and recover better? try looking into endurox:
How about those muscles that are sore and need to be strengthened? Doing extra core work can improve your overall stability and balance your workload. I really like my balance board
Sometimes I'm super sore in spots or very tight, when this is the case the stick helps, for real, that and ice which you can make for free, this stick is what I'm rolling with:
Now take a look at your diet, are you getting mostly fresh veggies and fruits? minimizing the starchy flour based foods? Pasta aint all its cracked up to be and bread certainly isn't either. Look into some online resources for healthy diets, it really does matter.
Sorry for the novel but a little research and investment in a few pieces of gear can go a long way.
