I think it would be interesting to see peoples' weight room PRs. I guess two of the more common weight room things (at least in high school) are squat and bench, so post those. If you have your one-rep max for either, post that. If not, just post what you would usually do for multiple sets or whatever. Feel free to post other numbers describing how much weight you can pick up too.
For me...
Bench: 105 (usually for 3 sets of 10-12)
Squat: 135 today (yay, usually 3 sets of 10-12)
I weigh 140 pounds.
Also, if you are a cross-fit douche, you must also post your 5k time.
