I think the false resume argument is moot. The hiring committee is not liable for false resumes. And if she held a stop watch for some Olympians its not false. If the hiring committee hired her because she coached Olympians then they didn't hire her because of gender. Besides its not like this Mike Scott guy has a resume thats going to wow a jury into believing he was better qualified than other applicant's/ with or without Olympians.
From the article I take it that they are only threatening a lawsuit at this point and none has been filed.
