Hey LRC, I have been contemplating whether to just give up distance and focus on sprints. Without any sprints or speed training, I can run sub 36 for 300m and sub 23 for 200 (during practice) which may not be elite but is not terrible. Ive have run 1630 for 5k, 157 for 800m, and 49 as a relay split (usually the 4th event I do during a meet) should I start working on the 400.
