Just saw this posted and thought I would share

Pleased to finally get the green light to annoucnce: This winter in the Track and Tennis Center at Boston University will host a group of the fastest runners in the world at 3 of our home meets. January 16th Women's 2 mile: Jordan Hasay and Shannon Rowbury Women's 1000m: Mary Cain and Treniere Clement Men's 5k: Galen Rupp and Cam Levins January 24th-25th Women's Mile: Shannon Rowbury, Jordan Hasay, Mary Cain and Treniere Clement Men's 2 mile: Galen Rupp Feb. 8th Men's Mile: Galen Rupp In a word: Giggity

Haha, you're funny. They can travel there and set up all conditions to be perfect for their races (especially Galen's).

That's why most we should follow the sub-elites. Sponsor them instead. NW runners like Bauman and Steidel. People care more what runners with full time jobs do than pampered athletes who never race.
