I try but it's hard as f*ck to do so..gotta cut out a lot of chocolate, white bread, etc in order to keep it this way, but I like having a 6 pack showing year-round.
What about you guys?

I let my diet slip in the winter when I know I won't have my shirt off as much. McDonalds french fries are my weakness.

I'm about 6-3 and 155, and I very seriously doubt that I've ever had a single-digit fat %age in the last 30 years.
So I guess my answer is no.

With that height and weight, you have to be in the single digits.

Skinny fat?
When I was in my 20's I was always around 7%. When I got into my late 40's I was around 8 or 10. Now, I'll bet I'm at least 13%

LATE 40s and only 10%? Talk about dedication....and a blessed metabolism ^_^
How are you guys figuring out your fat percentage year round? I've never been tested but don't you have to be submerged in water or something?

Yes, to get an accurate result you must use hydrostatic weighing. All other methods are based on equations derived from hydro. I think most people have an errroneous notion of their percent of body fat. I hear announcers on televised games always referring to this athletes percent of body fat being anywhere from 2.5-5. I'd imagine you'd be dead if that was the case. Despite pretty intense training (averaging 80 mpw for a period of 15 years or so) I never got a reading below 9 and actually averaged about 11. I was 5'8 and 145 lbs. Heavily muscled for a distance runner. I was tested in water for each of those. When using calipers or electrical impedence, it always came out way lower.
5'9 126 lbs or below year round.
Eat whatever the hell i want and run a max of 40 mpw
i strongly believe high mileage will muck up your metabolism, and all that distance burns muscle and aids fat store
