A private Indian school up in Montana, Wattsamatta University has a 23 year old head coach, Rocky. He coaches both men's and women's xc and T&F. He has a couple of assistants as he flies about his duties, but he has all responsibility.....It's his bag of nuts.
Ryan Vanhoy at Ole Miss is pretty young, I think 25 or so. Pretty young for a coach in the sec. I can't think of any others that young. It is the sec which obviously isn't the most dominant conference but isn't too horrible. Pretty impressive for him.

Ryan VanHoy is NOT the head XC coach at Old Miss. Brian O'Neal is both the Head Track and XC coach there. He makes all critical decisions and all credit/blame rests with him, alone. The XC coaches at Old Miss dont even get to SPEAK. Hint: try to find a press release where anyone other than O'Neal has a comment (during either track or XC seasons).
