I'm about to post a novel, but here are my comments!
StoneCutter: I like the idea of staying in that sort of shape. That would be awesome to hit that pace for the full marathon! And nice beer mile haha. Sounds very fun.
Ramanujan: Very solid workout on Monday!
Jossman: Welcome aboard. Good luck in the full!
Logan: Good to hear you're feeling better!
Runnersfix: Killer close to that mile reps and 2mile workouts!
Xenon: Nice PR!!!
cmm268: Jeez you were all over the map this week! Solid volume for all the traveling!
erik: Nice long run.
GOLD: I like the 16x100. Do you treat it more like strides, or like a workout?
Diesel: Nice to see you're settling into a faster pace! Love that feeling.
DC: Nice recovery week. Smart to play it safe.
Portland: Great close to your long run.
FlyingKilt: That's a great workout on Saturday!! I might have to try that.
Slartzio: Nice job on the miles on Wednesday. And I like the moderate section in your long run.
Printer: Wow fantastice distance on the long run and a very solid pace!
NJ: Very solid workouts as always. I really like the acceleration workout.
NP1112: Wow. Insane long run. I can't even imagine being on my feet for that long.
Muebele: If you stay consistent than the results will come!
Sauconysean: Good luck with the sub 15. Looks like you're running the right paces during base for it!
Qrkid: Nice cutdown on the Tempo miles.
Nerp: Get better!
Perkunas: Get in the time on your feet during the winter with a mix of intensity and you'll be due for a good mile PR.
Garbage: Nice progression run!
Reed:Nice average for the fartleks! Great race too.
I ran so-so in my 10k this morning. 31:51 for 3rd place out of 14,000 people! Very cold and a bit hilly but I thought I raced pretty well. I'm kinda dissappointed with the time, but I know I'm fit so I'm hoping it'll roll over into indoors.
