hey all
for some reason when my coach tells us our workouts, he never tells us how much rest we get
our team just ends up walking/jogging/standing for a while, never timed, before we start our next repeat.
if we ask our coach how much rest we should take, he'll make up some arbitrary number like "3 minutes" or just tell us to go when we feel ready
I understand that workouts do not always have to be extremely structured, but this has happened for every single one of our workouts in the time that I have been at this school (2 years). idk if he knows what hes doing...
how do i approach him about this? i dont want it to seem like im questioning how he trains us...but i kind of am?
