Slipped in rain, do you live in Florida? Try ice.
Yes.
yes, but I was on a trail and it was muddy
yep slid will making a turn around and ended up recovering with most of my momentum. it probably felt cooler than it looked
Yes, but no. I've slipped but never fallen in the rain. Every time I've fallen while running it was on a trail and my toe clipped a root.
I had an amazing roll type thing on concrete once, tripped over one of my own laces. It was over before I knew it, and there was a tear in my tights. It was "rush hour" (relative term for where I live), loads of cars where queued watching. I just got up and carried on. Everytime I put on those tights, I see the tear and think "I'm a f****ng bad ass".
I actually had a bad one, not related to rain. I was tempo-ing on a narrow pavement in the middle of summer. It was hot. I was running down on this old couple that didn't seem to notice me coming so attempted to step out on the road and caught the kerb wrong. Did another cool roll, but my ankle was busted. I was about 7 miles from home. That was a long afternoon.
Yes and I prefer that over falling when it's not raining. If the ground is wet, you slide a little and the scrape isn't as bad.
If this is what is being asked now, I'm guessing all the important questions have already been asked on this site.
