I am a 5'4" female and currently weigh around 123. I've gained about ten pounds since February, when I got back down to a number on the scale that I hadn't seen sine high school (I'm mid 30s). At that point I think I was starting to look a little too thin for my frame. Now that I've gained weight I'm thinking that I'm not looking like a distance runner anymore, but maybe overall I look healthier? So just wondering how much difference the added weight makes.
Some background info: I lost A TON of weight in 2012 when I quit smoking and started running. My 5k PR is 22:04 based on low mileage training but I'm hoping to shave off some time by next summer with more disciplined training over the winter.
