So I recently graduated from College and got a job. I'm now working 40hrs a week and have continued running. I'm training at a similar intensity to before however my training has been coming along slowly.
I've had some knowledgeable people tell me that a contributing factor is that even though i dont think its too hard working 40hrs a week is a new stress to my body and I just haven't become acustom to it yet.
Does anyone have any information about how long it may take to adjust to living in a new place and working?
