Based on that workout alone, I would think 15-15:30. I don't think sub-15:10 is a given by any means but I can't rule out sub-15 either. It is tough to tell without knowing anything else about you. People vary quite a bit.
If you want better guesses, you could give your age, training background, and some PRs.

I would think that you would be quite tired after that workout, so to run a 5K race right away wouldn't be advisable. If you went straight into the race, I would think 22:00 or so at best.

That looks like a solid 3k workout, placing you ~8:30 which given any endurance would have you sub 15 or faster.
If you do this workout, and you are able to do two more reps, then you are looking at a 5000m time closer to 14:10 than 15:10.
that workout seems more like 1500-3000 work. we have no idea about your endurance from that workout so your 5k could be 15-17m
That might be a 4:30 mile, but doesn't give any real indication of 5k. Probably low 16s. You need to run more reps and take less rest if you really want to work on your 5k. PS I love doing that workout. Mostly because it is really easy!
