Hall should take a lesson from Meb. We've all toed the line for countless races injured or unfit before... but Hall seems to only do it for the Olympics.
I think Hall and Meb are the two extremes and neither are good examples. Some injuries you can kind of make it through and still race hard and actually get something out of it. Sometimes it's really not worth it. I mean whatever floats his boat since he's obviously a great runner, but I don't think Hall should be following in his footsteps.
What Ryan Hall REALLY needs to do is figure out how to train consistently and well again without getting hurt. Injuries happen in this sport but if they keep happening over and over again, chances are there's something else at play.
