Hello guys. Well today is my one year anniversary of running. I have lifted weights a long time but recenlty got the running bug. I have a feeling i could have done better at my last to races had I not gone out to fast. Here are my splits for a 5k and 8k.
The 5k was in June the 8k today. Really disappointed cause i hit a wall in mile 4 of my 8k granted it was the most incline in the race but i felt i shoulda ran it faster. This one mile caused me to mess my goal of a sub 7 pace for 5 miles. I felt like i hit a wall. Any suggestions? Am I just going out to fast?
