I've essentially run everyday for a whole year, i feel like it's catching up to me, always achey and have random painful joint stuff going on. Anyhow will taking 1 week off to heal up cause me to be slower on my mile and lose overall endurance? The most time i've taken off in a row over the past year is maybe 3 days. Thoughts? I guess my fear is ill try to restart running and suck, plus im a stress runner so i get irritable if i don't run.. ideas?!
