Literally, idk wtf i'm doing wrong but if it isn't my plantars foot, my it band, my foot tendon it's my hip, i'm never "comfortable" until i get a mile or 2 in and the pain dulls down. Should i just get some new shoes? I'm using some minimalist ones and i guess that isn't cutting it.. I was thinkign about snagging a good pair of Asics, what do you use?
