started training and building a large base first week of June. Right at the start of August the heat and humidity here in the south got REALLY hot and started this over month long downfall. Middle of August I got i.t. band syndrome in my left knee when I first started doing some speedwork. I JOGGED VERY slowly for about two wks. well once I got to where I could run again a faster pace now my right hamstring is messed up. I haven't had a good run in a LONG TIME. just kind of burned out. thinking of xtraining doing elliptical machine for a week to hopefully get back to where I was, anybody experience anything similar and return rejuvenated?
