Are you somebody who used to run 34-flat as an adult, and then got down to 32? If so, what changes made the difference?
Right now, I know there is a lot I can do. I am a 40-50K/week guy, with two hard interval sessions, and some hard ball hockey (it's lots of running!! haha) and 1 maybe 2 easy runs in there.
How much of a difference would throwing down some easy mileage make? How much of a difference did it make for you? I don't want waste my time building up to 100-150K/week to take 30s off my time.
