A mile high incline that will bring even the most experienced runners to panting like an out of shape pig.
I ran it today, i ran it in 36 mins and am pretty fit (only 2nd time i've ever been there) (I was talking to the crowd of people at the top and most ppl finish between 1-2 hours.. everyone at the top said it took them 2 hours to get up it)
I'm literally half the speed as that, some parts are so steep it's like climbing a ladder...
When running vertically like this, does like general speed even factor that much? Or do those people just train this thing all the time to get a record like that?
