Big race tomorrow ran the course numerous times all summer.. Ran it once in May in the high 18's , then summer heated things up been 19 flat...
I'm wondering tomorrow being a cool day w/ less humidity what is the best time I could pull off?
A few wks ago i went to the track on a cool morning did 3x1600m in 5:50, 5:50, 5:53 w/ 1:30 rest.
Sometimes I let that race time adrenalin get the best of me and go out to hard in mile 1..Whats the best way to go out hard but not too hard per say?
