I just started full-time work 2 months ago and have already run into issues that are likely due to hip flexor tightness. Turns out sitting 8-10 hours a day isn't the best thing for a runner to do. A couple things I've found that help:
-Sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair in order to engage your core
-Stretch breaks whenever possible
-Rolling out before and after work
-The "scorpion" stretch is good for stretching out your back after sitting for a while
Anyone else have tips to share? I realize a couple of these are pretty generic.
