Show me where you got that. Just show me.
At the same time show me how CDs have done during that same time frame. Can you do that???

Google “S&P 500 Calculator” and run the numbers yourself. Then come back on here and apologize for your behavior. Then you’ll earn some respect.
someone had fun writing this story:
A German court ruled that Tesla (TSLA) - can resume cutting down trees so the electric vehicle company can build its first electric car factory in Europe.
Of course fields of solar panels and windmills have no environmental impact.

You are not a serious investor. Not worth it.

Does no one care about valuations? Are we not simply waiting for a 5-15% correction?
Perhaps, or something more sinister.

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/02/21/the-sp-500-just-passed-its-highest-valuation-level-in-almost-18-years.html
valuations have little impact on short term investment returns. You have to go out to 5-10 years to start seeing the classic 'buying at high valuations brings you lower returns' correlations.
so the idea that we are waiting on a correction based on high valuations is probably not valid investment strategy.
Getting hammered on Fridays a lot lately

Bob, err I mean Sally. How you enjoying the Coronavirus infected market?
Haven't really affected my portfolio. Why do you enjoy calling me by my name? Why would you do that? Not that I really care but you have a serious problem calling me by my name. Do you have a problem in keeping the anonymity of one who is critical of you? Do you not respect one's wish to remain anonymous? Or do you not even care? Anyone who is critical of you will be exposed? Is that how you ride? Oh, what is your performance over the last 10 years. That was the original question. How are your CDs doing? You still own CDs?
Igy is a total Trumpkin. Never wrong, insult those who suggest otherwise, narcissist to the extreme, not a fan of women, people of color, or the military, etc.

The emoji reply is Igy’s equivalent of raising a white flag. He uses it a lot.
Say what you want about Igy, but he’s kept this thread going for more than 37,000 posts over 6 years. That’s almost flat earth thread level trolling. What have you done with your life?
His clients, if he had any, would have done really well doing the opposite of everything he has said. I’d pay good money for an advisor like that. “Just tell me what you think I should do and I’ll do the opposite - works every time.”

Fortunately, you have no clients. Dopes should not give advice.
