I heard Seth "Dirty Proct" Procter just received an unprecedented 7th year for the Noles!!
Who is ready for some sub-par performances on his journey to become the oldest man in the NCAA?

What are the top 7 of these condentenders looking like?
You've got to be kidding me, this dude was born in 1988!! Thats a different era!
Can someone with more knowledge than myself in the ACC give a break down? I need to study up.
Alright, I am going to attempt to break down the mens side.
Individually -
On paper it looks like Colley (NCSU) is going to be the favorite. He was 3rd last year after coming off an injury. If healthy he will be hard to beat.
Kyle King (UVA)will be a strong contender as he is young and will continue to improve.
Team - I'll break it down in last years order (Last years top 4, then some of the new teams)
VT - last years champion, they have a solid pack upfront with Burleigh and Curtin both looking to finish top 5. They lose their 1-3-7-8 guys from last year. They will need atleast one other to move to move up into the top 10 range to be a contender this year.
Impact recruits: Patrick Joseph 4:06/9:19/15:11
Virgina - If King can contend for the win it wil give them a solid low stick. Last year they were all spread out, packing up in the teens would help this young team out, they also loose their 1-6-7 from last year. They'll need some guys to come up in the back if they want to contend this year.
Impact recruits: Henry Wayne 1:49/4:04/9:04, Thomas Madden 8:56
FSU - Wow, FSU will lose their 1-2-4-5-6. Only 2 guys from last years top 2 will return. Who knows what they will bring in this year foreign wise (they are known for their English kids). But they will need a whole new squad to step up this year if they want to even make it to nationals. FSU always seems to do their best running at the end of the year though, so don't doubt them, just expect a lot of new faces for the Noles this fall.
Impact Recruits: Nykaza, Grant - 9:07/15:04
NC State - Colley up front will help a lot as he is the favorite. After that, look for Crawford to step up and play a big role this year, he had a great track season too. Their will most likely be some new faces for the Wolfpack this year as well. (Engles: 3:45, Roberson: 14:12, Parsons) Look for this group to step up this fall as they all red shirted last year. They only lost their #2 man, so looks for a more experienced team this year.
Impact Recruits: Jacob Thomson 4:05/8:48/14:34, Bakri Abushouk 9:04/14:34
New Teams:
Syracuse - The might be the favorite on paper. The won the Big east last year in stunning fasion to go out with a bang. This is definatley a team to keep an eye out for. When a guy like Hehir can come out and have a good day to win the Big East Championships then you must be pretty good as a team. They return everyone except their 5th man. Look for the to pack up all of their scorers inside of that top 15. If they happens and they can get good low stick then they will be hard to beat.
Impact Recruits: Nick Ryan 4:05/8:55/15:07
Notre Dame - I don't think Notre Dame will challenge this year for a title but they will be in the mix for the top 3. they lose their 1-3-6 guys so they will need to fill a lot of spots. out of all of the teams they brought in the worst class (Cross country wise). It'll be a tough year for the Irish to contend, but crazier things have happened.
Impact Recruits: Grant Koch 1:53/4:25, Kris Morgan 4:13/9:08
With all of that said, here are my team predictions:
1. Syracuse
2. NC State
3. Virginia
4. Virginia Tech
5. Florida State
6. North Carolina
7. Wake Forrest
8. Notre Dame
9. Duke
10. Clemson

If by 5th man you mean Graves? he was recently granted a 6th year by the NCAA.
Does anyone know what happened to Jace Lowry?
He didn't run last year and he is as good as Hehir.
Look out ACC, there's some new guns in town!

You're missing like three teams...
With Colley out with a stress fracture the individual title is up for grabs. Syracuse' front runner looks to fill the top spot.

Pretty sure it's YOU'RE. As in, you are missing like three times.
Opposed to saying "The three missing teams which belong to you."

Not completely surprising... He is an injury prone guy from what I know and wouldn't be able to consider him a strong favorite by any means to win ACCs because of his considerable inconsistency in training that results from an array of injuries in his past.
Ahhhh... NC State not keeping their guys healthy again?
I think it definitely takes a special type of durability to make it at NC State. I still think they have a good shot to perform well in the ACC regardless of injuries. They always get the job done.

I hear Duke brought on a new assistant coach this upcoming year who shows a lot of promise. Don't be surprised seeing Duke finish higher than 9th this year.
NC State will be relying on a lot of young guys. A couple guys out of Thomson, Abushouk, Parsons, Roberson, Engels will need to step up.
Ummm... even heard of Tommy Curtin?

And yet, Pitt and Georgia Tech still don't make the list. There are 15 schools in the ACC
