And
Global Warming.
Here's a little game you can play:
See how much water you can drink over the course of 1 hour, then try to beat it the next hour! It's a lot of fun and you can play it all day almost anywhere. If you use tap or natural spring water then it doesn't even cost money!

Umm...don't try this unless you want to die a painful death.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxicationOne liter is not that much water. I usually drink a liter before lunch, another liter after lunch, and then at least another liter after I finish running in the evening. You need to drink more. Also, you probably have the diabeetus.

Teacher, teacher, you forgot to assign the homework.
Type II diabetes?
are you eating pretzels?
Try Litre Cola
I drink a litre of water to postpone a meal a bit. Then I wash it down with another. Matter of speaking.
Easily down 4 litres of water on a summer day, not including sports.
yea the poster who said a liter over the course of the morning, then another in the afternoon, then another in the evening is right if you are running and sweating a lot. That seems normal.
ERMAGAHD ONE LITER YOU SAY?!?! YOU DRANK ONE NALGENE?!!
wanna die of dehydration? I pound down 5 liters a day on average. It's called hydrating, working out, rehydrating.
It should be "I've drunk over a litre of water ...," not "drank." I'll excuse "litre" if you're not an American.
Seriously, you may want to, if possible use a diabetic testing meter to take a drop of your blood from a finger.
This should be done about two hours after a meal.
Meter will post a reading that hopefully is between 80 and 120.
Please take a pic of your pee and post it here. I can't make an accurate diagnosis without the pic.
Could be diabetes insipidus..pituitary or kidney problem...ur ADH isnt getting released or ur kidney isnt reading it.
