I'm sure there are others out there that are in good shape, not fat, relatively fit, and have an overall nice physique but there is one part of that physique lacking. The abs! As a runner of 8 years I have struggled to make my abs "pop" but for some reason most of my teammates don't have this problem, their abs show and I think to myself "How the hell do you guys do it?"
I train for competitive racing (collegiate level) and I feel like cutting calories would be a bad idea because it wouldn't leave me with adequate energy for running. I feel like in the long run good abs - abs that "pop" - would help my running.
Just wondering if anyone out there has the ever evasive secret to getting a runner's six pack?
