I've been having one beer per night the past 5-6 weeks. It's a proper beer, opaque, not translucent piss-water. In that time the body has accumulated about 4-5 pounds of mass, unfortunately.
What do you find is the norm for yourself when drinking a beer per day versus no beer?
More importantly, if I have a beer, then do my nightly shake-out run, instead of doing the run then having the beer, do you suppose I would burn through the alcohol and not retain what seems to be 4-5 pounds of "bloat"?
I don't think it's either healthy or unhealthy to drink a beer per day, although there are camps on both sides. I just like having a beer at night and wish it didn't make me bloated.
