I am Track Sprinter, who used to be really fast when I was young but because of some personal situation I stopped running. When I started again I was running distance ( which at the time I didn't realize that distance was not my cup of tea) I'm 5'10 and 140 lbs. After distance, I realize my passion is in sprints, I lost all my speed with distance but got a tad bit of it back. I ran 200m in 25.4 and 400m in 55.7 that's a start I guess, but definitely I'm not impressed. I love sprinting and the pain that goes into getting better and i know this is what I was created to do in life, I just had to unlock my potentional because sometimes I beat myself up about how fast I can become. It's my goal to run for University of Florida in 2015, and I have been speaking with coaches, In order to run for them I need to have a qualifying mark of 200m ( 21.70 ) and 400m (48.50) and maybe 100m (10.70) . anybody have an idea of what I should be doing over the summer? Im focused on my education right now but I'm definitely going to be training as well. I'm 16 just graduated high school. Where should my head be in track?
