Ok, So I didn't run XC last fall due to reasons that would take a long time to explain, but I did too track.
And my times were not that hot.
800m: 2:53
1600m: 6:21
I am a 14 year old girl with no previous running experience other than track.
I really want to do cross country this fall, and I want to be GOOD. As in 20 minutes to 21 minutes good. But how do I train for this?
Right now I am on '2 week break' from running. It's mandatory that we take 2 weeks off between track and XC but I want to start training NOW! I feel lazy!
So, any suggestions would be much appreciated!
