Did 8 x 100 today with walk back rest + 2 min.. Avg 11,7 secs flying start.

3x300 towards the end of the season for speed endurance. Long rest in between, 8 mins.
I like split run 400s at race pace 2-3 weeks before a big meet. 250 @ the same pace you'd run your 400m. Rest 1 min, followed by 150m all out. Repeat 2 more times with 20min between.

Agree with this
The other one is a 7 x 100m, with about a 30 second jog recovery. You start at the finish line (or do it in a lane), and have cones marking every 50m. You run the first 100 (0-100), jog back to the 50, and run 50-150, jog back to 100, run 100-200 etc. You gradually work your way around the track, and in your head you are running that section of the 400 each time.
There's a theory that there's no point doing 200s. You either do 300s with long rest, or a bunch of 100s or 80s with short rest.
I tink the two bst are the 3 x 300s with long rest, or the 7x100s with short rest.
