I'm thinking about doing an obstacle course run but, I'm not sure where to start...
If it's a mud run what kind of training is involved? What apparel do people wear to these events? I don't want to be the looser in a singlet... How much upper body strength do I need? I can barely do pull ups. And finally, is there a chance I will get trampled??
The reason I need to do this is all these girls I talk to keep bringing up these stupid runs and I need to look cool in their eyes and have a couple of them under my belt.
