Do a little trimming. Then, put on two bandaids in the shape of a plus sign (+). No problem.

Being doing Band-Aids for years. Best solution. I'm hairy but have never had to shave to get them to stick.

Dude, those little round bandaids are the best. However, I do not know if they'll hold up for a marathon.

Why the plus? I just do a vertically placed bandaid.

I agree with the trimming though.

Aldo, go for the bandaids with the stronger adhesive...they hurt more to take off, but the security is worth it.

This. The circular bandaids work great for guys and do hold up over the long haul. Sometimes they are hard to get off though if you get them on really good.

STOP with the band-aids and nipple guards. Too risky they could fall off. The best solution I have found is this stuff called liquid bandage. It's a clear coating. Just a few dabs over the nips and it dries within a couple minutes. The stuff doesn't come off for a few days at least. Fail proof!

This works quite well although for the ladies it burns like hell so I wouldn't recommend it. Also known as New Skin. Sometimes just putting some Vaseline on works well enough.

I use a very small piece of medical tape. Just big enough to cover the nipple. I will trim the hair a bit around the nipple but I try to keep the tape small enough where I don't have to do that. Just make sure you use the good medical tape that is waterproof. It's a lot cheaper than using the nip guards and band-aids are way to big.

Problem with Vaseline is that it will stain your shirt. I have a couple of tech shirts that look like I am lactating when I wear them- and I'm a guy. I have not had that problem with body glide

waterbase lube or coconut oil works well for me
