You are creating a false dichotomy. It's not about the money, true, and it's not about the looks either.
Trust me on this and I know it to my heart. And I spoke with my wife about it last night and she said the same. thing I am about to tell you.
It's about self confidence. That's what she said. I will add that it's also about having something to offer, and i mean that on an interpersonal level, and in terms of self-worth.
