Hey guys, just looking for any feedback of how people think this years conference meet will go now that Butler and VCU is in?

Rhode Island will win again. Check our their results from Boston Terrier.
I think when it comes to the mile and up, Butler has it wrapped up. I wouldn't be surprised if they put 3 in the top 5 of all those events.
Logan Mohn for the win in the 800, 1000, mile, Dmr (hell run all 4 legs) and I hear he wants the 60 hurdles badly too
Kev McDonnell in the 5k should be a lock for fifth or so
Tommy Ohlman has gator blood. He's being coached by Kaufman in the Adirondack mountains for the past year and a half. Don't be surprised if you see Ohlman clicking his splits every 150 meters.
Also, Llano has another year. The question is what arm/calf sleeve, sunglasses combo he will ultimately choose. Let's go Spiders.
Ryan Lee will give us a good one if he musters up the courage to wipe away his tears and embrace Title IX.
Watchout for Cullen Davis in the Mile and 1000. The kids been working out a like a champ lately and is CHOMPING at the bits to Sink his TEETH into some A10 hardware
For everyone who's been wondering, Kevin has been training his metal discipline for the last two months through meditation practices. Unfortunately for us, his Buddhist mentor required he take a vow of silence for that time period. Well folks that time is now up! Here's to the first KM indoor quote of the week: 'A man with spirit is a man who's awaken.'
Hey guys just wanted to let everyone in the a10 know that I'm attending sju next year. Can't wait to race everyone! Go SJU!
Without the strong presence of Brian Hold(MYDICK)Myer in the distance events, it looks like those events are wide open. I head that the Xavier boys are planning another epic coup and who is going to stop them? Butler and St. Joe's, the top 2 from Cross Country do not seem to be bringing anyone to the table. Cullen Davis may be chompin hard, but even the ghost of matt jelley will not help Temple. Guess Bonnies will take this one by default.
Did Richmond Track and Field win the fight and get their team back?
Watch out for Tommy O'Kane to complete an epic double at A10's this year. Not only is this tub of lard favored to win the open mile with his kick, he is HEAVILY favored to win the Clydesdale mile as well. Considering he weighs in excess of 180 pounds, which meets the requirements for the Clydesdale race, who is going to stop him? If he brings home the two victories for the team, rumors are spreading that he could receive an oreo stipend from St. Joe's.
Looks like SJU skipped practice the past week to spend all day writing about each other on the message boards.
Looks like they spent their time pretty wisely. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xdxqlPSnx8
