Thats a really good question. He probably needs to make a change or "retire". You never know if a runner is just getting gear however.
Even for Bolas, what does an indoor 3:56 do for you in our country?

Craig's brother Brad retired from the NBA this past offseason.
Classic lets run idiocy....two morons who together couldn't carry a guys jock calling him out and giving him advice since he only ran 3:56. Next time just go out to recess with the rest of the kids instead of posting useless drivel here.
There were some decent runners that were gapped: Bolas, Lancashire, Andrews and the others are not too bad either. 1 Craig Miller New Balance 3:56.902 James Brewer New Balance 4:00.773 Michael Rutt NJ-NY TC 4:00.894 Jack Bolas New Balance 4:01.445 Liam Boylan-Pett NJ-NY TC 4:02.066 Tom Lancashire New Balance 4:03.417 Travis Mahoney NJ-NY TC 4:03.448 Mark Draper New Balance 4:05.289 Robbie Andrews adidas 4:11.1310 Aidan Walsh NYAC 4:13.71Read more: http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=5016188#ixzz2JIocSTJh

On a slower news day I probably would have made him QOD for this actually, but obviously Rupp's 3:50 took precedence.
“Honestly, I didn’t know where anybody else was behind me,” Miller told Race Results Weekly after his four-second victory. ”I looked back with 100 meters to go and I was like, holy **it, or shoot, there’s no one there.”

He beat goat boy!
The 2007 NCAA DMR is still up on YouTube. Miller and Bolas were true freshmen and both ran wise beyond their years, finishing 3rd. Wisconsin won the team title that year, so there was just a bit of pressure in the race. Manzano as a senior anchored for Texas, so they must have won it, right? Reading LetsRun, we all know that the DMR simply comes down to the anchor leg and the first three legs really don't matter. Oops.
So much misinformation here.
Marshall and Colin are twins who went to Manheim Township, but they're not related to Craig and Brad who are also twins.
Marshall and Colin are fraternal twins, not identical. I'm guessing Craig and Brad are fraternal but am not sure.
