Copy and pasted from a review I wrote for work:
The Nike Structure+ 16 is the latest addition to the Structure Triax series. It is an RSG (Running Specialty Group) only shoe, which means you won’t be able to find it for purchase online. It’s a well-cushioned stability shoe that incorporates my current favorite innovation in Dynamic Support (which I discussed in the Lunarglide 4 review). Let’s look at the details.
-Men’s size 10 weighs in at 11 ounces (Lunarglide 4 in size 10 weighs 9.8, and the ASICS GT-2000 weighs 11.6, for comparison)
-The toebox has no overlays, and the open mesh gives a breathable, roomy feel that shouldn’t cause any discomfort in wider footed runners or those with bunions. I have particularly narrow feet and I like the fit, because while there is room to move, the platform itself isn’t wide (in a D width. It also comes in B, 2E, and 4E).
-The shoe has a lower profile than the previous version without sacrificing cushion.
-Full contact outsole means all of the shoe is on the ground at once gives a more stable platform. No plastic under the arch (a pet peeve of mine, as plastic is a stiffer, less wear resistant material that I only have has success with in a handful of trainers.) helps keep the weight low and the durability up.
-Dynamic Support continues to be a fantastic way to limit pronation gradually and in a way unique to each runner. Heavy posting materials are slowly becoming a thing of the past.
I like them. 7.5 or 8/10 probably.
