The more I research this topic the more confused I get.
I am currently dealing with plantar fasciitis and would like to know what is the best footwear to use right now and also to prevent injuries. There seems to be conflicting info. Do I need a traditional shoe with good cushioning to absorb impact or do I need a minimalist type shoe that will work other muscles and ultimately strengthen my feet?
