Either this is a strange coincidence, or those 2 idiot DJ's are in for a miserable life....which they deserve.

I'm not a fan of pranks, but for a person to kill themselves over that is more than a bit much. I do not blame those DJs for this.
I dont see why she did it though, yeah she got fooled by a silly prank but its not worth taking your own life..
Its not like she let an assassin into the hospital room or something... nothing really happened.
I would feel really bad if I was the DJ but at the same time I would be questioning the mental health of the nurse.
Djs are fvcking Dicks, all of them.
Send a few Bobbies down there to arrest the DJs for conspiracy to murder. Australia is still a British penal colony, isn't it?
On another note, the female DJ looks to have nice juggs.
A prank among friends is one thing.
If you play a prank on a stranger, you lose control of the message and have no idea what the reaction will be.
I suspected there would be defenders of the DJ's right to be idiots.
I also suspect none of defenders will be from the hospital or the family of the deceased.

Click The link, dope.
Didn't think it was possible, but it's getting worse.
She was married, with two kids.
I'm having a hard time connecting the dots here. How exactly did this prank lead to this apparent suicide? Serious question - I'm not taking sides here. Perhaps I just do not understand the full nature of the prank.
"Suicide". Right. Man you are all a bunch of rubes. The rubiest.

She got duped into thinking the Queen was calling to find out information. Pranksters are always punks, but for her to kill herself over this, ESPECIALLY when she has two children, is ridiculous. I suspect a VERY fragile person here and that who knows what else could have sent her over the edge.

You would think a reasonable person wouldn't kill themselves over what you may think is a trivial matter, but she may not have thought it as such. Since it is impossible to know how other people think about things, it would be wrong to judge them on your thoughts not being involved in the situation.
This isn't the first time a person has been blindsided by something they had no control over and killed themselves. It won't be the last.

When I first started reading the headline on CNN, I read that the "Nurse in the hoax incident on the royal family..." and I assumed they were going to say she was fired. I was instantly outraged at the overreaction and felt horrible for the nurse. I was stunned when I saw that the headline ended with "commits suicide." I had thought a firing was gross overreaction. I'm really not sure what to think now.
I know that the royal family holds a special place in the hearts of those in the UK that us American's can't fully relate to. Anyone from the UK have incite on that? Maybe she felt her error was tantamount to treason or something of the sort? I really don't know.

I believe this will end up being the reason.
In this instance I think only someone from the UK can explain this, because those outside the country have no real attachment to the royals.
What exactly was the prank? All I'm seeing is that the DJs called her and said they were the Queen and the Prince. She put the call through to another nurse. The end. What am I missing here?
I just heard a report on NPR about this. According to the BBC report, the hospital backed the nurse and she faced no pressure from her employer over this incident. The royal family did not complain nor ask for an investigation.
Remember, she only forwarded the phone call and another nurse actually divulged information concerning Kate.
I am thinking there might be more to her suicide than just this incident. It doesn't seem plausible.
