I run track for my university and I have an injury which is caused by one leg being longer than the other. The trainers aren't helping me at all and I have no car to go see a physical therapist off campus. The trainers just use the stick on my tfl, quads, and piriformis every day before practice which does nothing about the leg imbalance. They aren't telling me any exercises or things to do on my own. Can someone please help me. Does anyone know any range of motion exercises or stretches I can do for my shorter leg to make it the same length as my other leg?
