What would happen with a average runner, lets say 34min 2:40h PBs, when he would start lets say for 2-3 month run 130MPW???
Progress or injury??

It likely would be one of those two things unless that runner simply lost interest in running that much asnd went back to "normal" mileage. I actually think that's the most likely outcome.
I did run that much for several years and my PRs are fairly close to the ones you give. The main reason I ran that much was that I wondered the same thing you did and decided I'd rather try doing it than wonder about it. If you really want an answer there's only one way to get it.
The benefits of higher mileage are much greater if you progress slowly. Chances are you will increase fitness if you make such a drastic jump, but if you can savor each benefit each bump in mileage gives you, then you will be better off in the long run. It's taken 12 years for Rupp to build up to his 120(?) MPW base as it is. That's 10 miles a year. Slow and steady wins the fast and turbulent race.
Everyone is different. I had 3 weeks were I averaged 120/wk. earlier this year. I felt better later in the year when I averaged 80s with a peak of 100 twice.
I started running 100+ mile weeks my freshman year, and by my junior year I started to really reap the benefits. I think it takes several years at these volumes to really pay out. When I first started doing high mileage I felt good in workouts, but was very inconsistent. After a few years I became very consistent at having very good workouts which is what really helped my PRs.
I averaged 50-60 miles per week out of competition and I PR'd in the mile with a 3:47.

Those 120 weeks helped you feel better at 80s week. That is how it works.
Last year I peaked at 100 (I'm old) and it made me much stronger and able to add more quality when doing 80 mpw.
