Anyone have a link to that guy who was doing weekly rankings of the men's teams? He started a thread and posted a link but I can't find it. I liked the cut of his jib.
Just saw it's linked on the main site

Sambu was distanced significantly at the Regional race, although Regional races have to be taken with some caution due to the fact that it is a 'semi-final'. And, Sambu being second fiddle to Lalang there would be no reason to burn matches to keep up for a close second. I suppose that Sambu 'resting' more than than Kithuka did might give him a bit of an advantage.
Still, I think that the case made above for Kithuka is just a bit stronger than for Sambu. We might not know until the last 100m. However, if Kithuka takes an early lead and then only Lalang is able to reel him in (and it does not look like Kithuka is dying) then Sambu (and everyone else) will not be in the hunt for 1/2.
Does anyone have insights on which runners are better at running XC? For instance, Bairu was always better on XC and does not have the track credentials to quite match his XC exploits. It seems that LL and SS are both good XC runners, and the KK is also.
