Hahaha, you never know what you are going to eat in Kentucky. They wanted to keep it cheap I guess, but what harm is it if the roadkill is at least cleaned up? I hope everyone who ate there sues.

Huh, those people usually eat cow all shot up with noxious chemicals. A bit of roadkill deer would be a step up for them.
When I went to the University of the Cumberlands, I never ate there, it was a scary looking place even for Williamsburg.

There's no difference between a deer killed by a car and a deer killed by a bullet. Assuming it was fresh it should be totally fine.
