During track last season (senior year) i got prs of:
800-2:04
1600-4:45
3200-10:26
i dont know what i should focuse on, if longer races or shorter ones. (most of the time i ran the 3200 or 1600 i was already tired from running the 800 first). In your opinion which time is best? what should be a good race to focus on? im planning on running for some small college next year.
