Curious, I see a lot of Malone people, are they eligible to run the 2012 regionals? I heard they had to wait a year... Anyway, if we are talking strictly Gliac then I'm going to go GV for 1st and this is simply because they always reload and they have talent, 5 kids will emerge. For 2nd, I'm going Ferris because they lost just 1 kid who wasn't even their top guy and they now have 4 kids that are sub 15 in the 5k if you include Cushman transferring there and not to mention the 2 sub 25:20's they had last year and this being Tyler Crossman's last season. For 3rd, I'm going to go with Malone, I don't know much, but I do know they have good track times and seem to have a solid squad. I'll give Ashland 4th as they seem to have some returners and a good frosh class, however, losing Weaver and Stratman is killer. Anybody trying to say a different team should be top 4, please explain why because I don't see any other teams even close...
Where did Joe Graves run that time? Couldn't find it and if it's a time trial then let's not count those as a race is completely different. And how much of a factor will Bryce Bradley be...The only true freshman I have seen GV use in recent times is Anthony Witt or Larry Julson....That said, GV should win again, but there is more opportunity to slip up with teams a lot closer than when they had Emmorey and Witt to lock everything up.
Kousei Yajima, too much baller.
I'm pretty excited for this year with Malone added to the mix... GV and Malone ftw!
