I run track and cross for a D2 school. I was all-American my freshman year but due to a knee injury I have not raced at all last year, my sophomore year. I am finally healthy! But I am lacking motivation hard core.
I love running. I want to run to my full potential.
I am not the same runner I was freshman year, I am afraid I will never be remotely successful again.
I need some motivation!!
