If they are coming out?
If they are coming out?
They should be out next July I believe. They don't like very good, the colorway is so glitzy for me
you mean these nike streaks?
No I mean the streak xc's
I wish they would just bring back the original streak xc. Best flat ever made.
I agree with the above poster. The original was the best flat/shoe that I've run in. I put over 1000 miles on each of the pairs I had.
For now, the new streak XC will be the crappy woven bullshit that Nike is marketing. Aesthetics over functionality.
'Im pretty sure the next version is not being called the streak xc 4. It will be called the Streak XC LT.

I know the OP was asking about the Streak XCs, but why are the Streak 4s heavier than the Streak 3s? That's wack. Might need to stock up on the 3s.
Totally agree. Best shoe ever. I burned through dozens of pairs. Lost a bit of my soul with each one I retired. The new version sucks. Ugly, irritating tongue, and heavier.

your stupid. why would you run miles in a shoe thats only meant for speed intervals on the track? kiss your running career goodbye in a couple years due to injuries and bone loss.
The original Nike Streak XC was basically a recycled Nike Streak Vengeance that folks like Kagwe, and Ndereba wore. Best midsole/outsole/last combo. A shame its been tweaked a bit, and not for the better in my opinion.
I put the same on 4 previous pairs, I'm doing just fine. Not everyone breaks down just because they're not in pillow trainers.
It's almost like they changed the design of the Streak XC to not last as long. Sides start splitting out after 250 miles. Plus there's a seam inside the shoe that cuts the hell out of my toes if I try to go sockless.
A running store near me has a pair of the original Streak XC for sale in my size. They don't put it out on the shelf because nobody cares about it anymore, but they have it stocked in the back. Every once in a while I try it on when I go. I lace it up and say, "Oh, yes, it will be mine."
But I'm getting over Achilles trouble and do not think it safe to put in my stable. I can still dream.
