Which of these is the weakest? Does this indicate I need more work on speed or endurance? Ventolin, if you look at this a chart of predicted times based on whichever of these is deemed strongest would be appreciated. Thanks for the insight.

your 3200m time is virtually spot on, but your 1600m time is a few secs weak ( but not much )

your 3200 is about 20s weaker than it coud be

Your 1600m time is the strongest of the 3. I personally think the 800m time is the weakest. I'd expect a 4:57 1600m runner to run a 2:15 and a 10:40.
