Now that you've gone out in 5:03 for a deuce, you should be able to run at least 10:25 next time. Do some intervals and improve all those marks. Don't forget to rest between the hardest sessions and before racing.
You can break 4:40 and get near 10:00 this spring if you go animal on it. Depends on how old you are.
