Im 17 and havent run since the summer. ive been a 15:30 5k guy before and wanted to know how to get into the best of shape possible, fast with track season approaching. id like to run in college and itd be great for me to have some fast track times to show so that theyll know i still have it. any help would be greatly and i mean GREATLY appreciated due to the fact that ive never really had to do this before.
